Compensation: GBP 60,000 – GBP 70,000 – yearly

Overview

VOLUXIS are a well-established private jet charter and management company, holding a worldwide UK and San Marino AOC. We currently manage a diverse fleet of aircraft, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Hawker and Embraer aircraft. Due to the onboarding of further aircraft, VOLUXIS are seeking an Airworthiness Engineer to ensure the smooth running of the CAMO operation.

Responsibilities

  • Establishment and development of continuing airworthiness policy, including the approval of Voluxis maintenance programmes.
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of the Maintenance programme according to its configuration / operation and keep it up to date.
  • Ensure the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft operated by the company remains valid, manage ARC expiry and any conditions specified in the Certificate, including ARC issue and extension.
  • Report and investigate maintenance-related occurrences to the CAA and aircraft manufacturers, including Mandatory Occurrences and those related to maintenance findings outside the mandatory scheme.
  • Amend and control the Continued Airworthiness Management Expositions.
  • Review and implement, as appropriate, any additional regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, define and verify all technical data necessary to maintain aircraft airworthiness (airworthiness status AD/SB, manufacturer and regulatory documentation).
  • Register and monitor daily maintenance of the aircraft’s airworthiness (hours, cycles, online maintenance operations, equipment movements) and initiate associated maintenance operations per regulatory requirements and the approved maintenance programme.
  • Coordinate with Part 145 and Voluxis Client Services Manager for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, reporting back to the aircraft owner/representative.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with the MRO Planner.
  • Maintain good relationships between Voluxis, the regulator, and the MRO during audits or maintenance visits.
  • Perform safety management tasks to comply with Part CAMO and SMAR approvals.

Qualifications

  • Successful training record
  • Preferable: previous CAMO experience within Corporate Aviation on Textron, Falcon, Gulfstream, Bombardier products
