We’re recruiting for an experienced Work Planner to join a busy Direct Maintenance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works, ensuring operatives are fully utilised and customers receive an efficient, right-first-time service.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule daily repairs for maintenance operatives* Manage emergency and reactive maintenance appointments* Monitor operative diaries, availability and productivity* Liaise with supervisors, operatives and customers* Ensure repairs are completed within agreed KPIs* Produce workforce planning and performance information
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in social housing repairs or maintenance scheduling
- Previous work planning or workforce management experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience using dynamic scheduling systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
