Team Jobs – Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Poole-based precision engineering team supporting high-spec aerospace and defence projects. The role focuses on hands-on NPI, process optimisation, and generating CNC programmes for 3, 4 and 5-axis machines.
You will create and prove programmes using CAD/CAM software, develop tooling strategies, and collaborate with Quality and Production to ensure robust process control and continuous improvement.
