You will be employed directly by the branch. Electrical4Less are a family-run, independent electrical trade counter based in Fulham, London, SW6 1RP. Founded by an experienced electrician, they are committed to offering high-quality service and trusted products. The business supports in-store and online shopping.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work across all aspects of the business, including warehouse duties (picking and packing orders) and trade counter sales (in-person or online).
- Engage with customers via email/WhatsApp and other online platforms.
- Manage stock movements (in and out) and process orders on the computer system.
- Take payments and maintain general paperwork/admin
- Answer customer inquiries and liaise with customers on trade counter transactions
- Learn about electrical wholesale products and related systems through training
- Support the team with general duties and contribute to a positive customer experience
