Aztrum is working with an ANC accredited Acoustic Consultancy in their search for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join the team in Leicester. This firm offers services across a wide range of projects and sectors including the new build residential market, energy, healthcare, commercial, industrial, education & leisure sectors.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience working as an Acoustic Consultant within a UK consultancy – focussing on either environmental or building acoustics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Full UK driving licence.
Duties: As an Acoustic Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting noise surveys and assessments in various environments
- Undertake acoustic modelling using CadnaA and ODEON
- Noise monitoring
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop effective noise control strategies
- Technical report writing
- Site visits
