Hybrid Bid Manager – Transport Solutions & Growth

Arriva Road Transport Services (ARTS) is looking for a Bid Manager to own bid opportunities from qualification through to submission, collaborating with operations, finance and commercial stakeholders to develop winning solutions.

The role is based in Derby with hybrid working. You will manage multiple bids, coordinate inputs from various teams, and drive the creation of compelling bid content and commercial proposals to help secure new business.
