Pre-Release Mentor: Guide Housing, Health & Employment

Red 5 People is recruiting for a role linked to an exciting new criminal justice support programme delivered at HMP Peterborough. You will work with clients who are 6–12 months pre‑release, delivering a structured release plan and supporting them across housing, resettlement, healthcare, education, wellbeing, life skills and employment.

You will meet clients one‑to‑one and deliver tailored 1:1 sessions, signposting them to relevant services within the prison.
