About the role
Daniel Owen is recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Multi Trader to join a well-established and growing contractor working across the Midlands. This is a permanent role with consistent work, a company van, and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, hardworking team.
You’ll be carrying out maintenance and repair works across:
- Car parks
- Communal areas within residential developments
- Void properties
- Sections of HS2 infrastructure
This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend around 95% of your time on the tools, working as part of an experienced team delivering high-quality groundwork and maintenance projects.
Essential Skills
- Experience in block paving
- Slab laying
- Kerb laying
- Fencing
- Basic concrete repairs
- General external maintenance and groundworks
- Digger/plant tickets would be a huge advantage but are not essential
