Crew Clothing Head Office in the North of England & Scotland seeks an Area Manager to lead daily operations across multiple stores, driving sales, service and operational excellence. You will deputise for Heads of Retail when appropriate, and recruit, retain and develop teams to meet brand standards.
You will implement strategic plans, manage P&L reviews, optimise staffing and payroll costs, and ensure consistent VM and customer experience while upholding Crew Clothing values.
