Visible HSE Officer — Lead Safety & ISO Compliance

Mirfield-based HSE Officer position within a growing UK manufacturing business. Role requires hands-on presence on the shop floor, driving standards and behavioural safety changes. Salary £40,000-£50,000 p.a. on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities include developing HSE management systems across sites, conducting audits, risk assessments, training, and ensuring ISO 14001 accreditation. Travel to local sites and deputising for Group HSE Director as needed.
