Public Sector Service Desk Engineer — 3–9 Month Contract

IMT Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Engineer for an initial 3 x 9 month contract in Gloucester. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, handling incidents and service requests while keeping systems operational in a modern Microsoft environment.

You’ll work in a busy IT service desk, delivering high levels of customer service, troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and AD, and supporting a diverse user base on a daily basis.
