Test Analyst

We’re partnering with a leading trading firm seeking a sharp, detail‑driven Test Analyst to join their engineering function. This is a hands‑on role working directly on high‑performance trading systems, so you’ll need to be comfortable operating in fast‑paced, low‑latency environments where quality truly matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and executing manual and automated test plans across complex trading platforms
• Working closely with developers, quants, and product teams to ensure robust, reliable releases
• Building and maintaining automation frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency
• Investigating issues across distributed systems and contributing to root‑cause analysis
• Championing best practices in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience as a Test Analyst / QA Engineer within trading, financial markets, or similarly complex systems
• Solid grounding in Linux (Red Hat) for debugging, log analysis, and environment navigation
• Proven ability across both manual and automation testing
• Experience with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern QA tooling
