Regional Mentoring Programme Lead – Scottish Borders

MCR Pathways is launching a mentoring programme across secondary schools and colleges in Scotland. You will be based in the Scottish Borders, manage all aspects of the programme delivery, engage with schools, the local authority and key partners, and lead mentor recruitment and training.

This fixed-term, full-time role involves developing a high-quality service, supporting regional staff, and ensuring every young person has a dedicated mentor while coordinating with the Mentor Services
