We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected healthcare recruitment business to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

Our client operates nationally and has opportunities across the UK. They are ideally seeking a 360 Consultant; however, strong Delivery Consultants will also be considered.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing yet close-knit team within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. This is a hybrid role, although you will be required to work fully on site for initial training.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will build a busy desk with warm/existing leads and clients within the healthcare sector, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and developing profitable client relationships.

The position would particularly suit someone with experience in temporary or locum recruitment. Recruiters from permanent backgrounds will be considered, provided they can demonstrate clear motivation and understanding of the move into temporary recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Source talent through professional networks, advertising platforms and database searches
  • Manage urgent requirements with pace and accuracy
  • Qualify, present and place suitable candidates
  • Oversee assignments from booking through to completion while maintaining strong service levels
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients and professionals
  • Provide a consultative, value-led service
  • Ensure all placements meet regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate internal records

Requirements

  • Background in temporary/contract recruitment preferred (permanent recruiters considered with a clear rationale for moving into temp)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Commercially driven, resilient and organised
  • Confident using digital sourcing tools and outreach methods
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors advantageous

Salary – £28,000 – £30,000 plus commission (dependent on experience, can be negotiated for candidate with strong 360 experience)

Location – LS15 (hybrid working 3 days working in the office at 2 days at home after training)
