We’re looking for a Marketing Data Protection Analyst with hands‑on experience delivering DPIAs/DPCAs and advising business teams on privacy risks. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Digital, Product and senior stakeholders, providing pragmatic guidance and helping shape a strong data protection culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support DPIAs, DPCAs, LIAs and related assessments.
- Advise on new customer data processing within Marketing & Digital.
- Chair meetings, engage Product Owners, DPO and SLT, and present risks clearly.
- Support DSAR handling, privacy notices, compliance reviews and supplier agreements.
- Contribute to risk register management and quarterly reporting.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Data Protection with hands‑on DPIA/DPCA delivery.
- Pragmatic, intelligent and able to act autonomously.
- Strong stakeholder management and emotional intelligence.
- Confident presenting risk and advising on “can do / can’t do” outcomes.
- CIPP/E is a strong advantage.
- Happy to work 3 days onsite at office in Hounslow.
