The Role

As an Executive Search Trainee Consultant, you will be trained to operate as a market advisor, not a transactional recruiter. This is a performance-based role suited to individuals who enjoy responsibility, accountability, and continuous development. You will learn how to:

• Engage and advise high-calibre lawyers
• Build trusted relationships with elite law firms
• Understand complex legal markets and hiring dynamics
• Develop a personal brand within the Zagros platform

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with lawyers across the UK, the US, and international markets
• Conduct structured, professional conversations with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a high-quality network within the legal sector
• Support live mandates and recruitment processes
