Our client, a prestigious insurance firm, is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a key front-of-house role, ensuring every visitor and client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional manner
- Manage a multi-line phone system, handling and directing calls efficiently
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier arrangements
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Monitor and order office supplies in collaboration with the facilities team
- Provide administrative support to HR and Operations, including interview scheduling and onboarding

- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
