Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle front desk duties
- Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and catering
- Answer phones and respond to customer enquiries
- Providing general administrative support
- Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Essential Skills:
- Friendly, polished communicator with strong organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and a genuine team player
