As we scale, we are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of our no-code platform—turning sophisticated dialogue systems into intuitive tools for everyone.

The Role & Impact

You’ll be a core member of our engineering team, focusing on the interface that makes AI accessible. Your work will allow non-technical teams to design and deploy lifelike voice experiences without writing a single line of code. You’ll collaborate across a high-caliber team to ensure our platform is as scalable and robust as it is user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower Through No-Code: Architect and develop the tools that allow non-engineers to configure complex, multi-layered voice dialogue systems.
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Help build out our multi-tenant frontend architecture to support a growing global client base.
  • Full-Cycle Development: Drive the software process by writing clean code, performing rigorous testing, and contributing to high-level design documents and peer reviews.
  • Unified Engineering: Partner with full-stack peers to refine our codebase and maintain a high-performance, cohesive development environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional Experience: 4+ years in a dedicated software engineering role.
  • Technical Fundamentals: A strong grasp of system design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
  • Core Stack: Deep proficiency with React and version control via Git.
  • Communication: Full professional fluency in English.

Preferred Strengths

  • Modern Development: Experience with TypeScript and automated testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Enzyme).
  • Cloud & Process: Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure and a history of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Builder Mindset: A specific interest in low-code/no-code platforms and a genuine love for solving intricate technical puzzles.
