Responsibilities
- Managing payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Overseeing office administration, including managing supplies and maintaining systems.
- Organising team events and social activities to foster a vibrant workplace.
- Providing HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Handling contract management and maintaining key business systems.
- Supporting senior staff with ad‑hoc administrative tasks to drive operational efficiency.
