Senior Product DesignerLondon Hybrid (2 days in office)

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of a fast-growing fintech on a mission to make wealth-building accessible through ethical, Shariah-compliant finance.

The Role

You’ll:

• Own and evolve the design system (components, typography, colour, UI consistency)
• Be the go-to person for UI expertise within a small engineering team
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship improvements quickly
• Use modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor / Claude) to move faster and design smarter
• Continuously improve the look, feel and usability of a real-world product used by thousands

What we’re looking for

• Strong product design experience on real products
• Advanced Figma skills (components, libraries, systems thinking)
• Excellent UI fundamentals – typography, layout, hierarchy, colour
• Comfortable working in a startup / small team
• Confident collaborating with engineers (React familiarity helps)
• A doer who forms opinions and improves things
