What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain senior-level networks with client executives, Global Technology, EMT, Business Management, and Business Support Management to align on priorities and political landscape
  • Expertly manage executive Outlook scheduling, including inbox/diary, complex travel (flights, trains, VISAs, hotels, ground transport), itineraries, and frequent last-minute changes
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and events, including executive calls, telepresence, conference setups, town halls, off-sites, senior visits, roadshows, and internal/external coordination
  • Oversee expense management via Concur, including coverage processing, reimbursements, personal balances, monthly reconciliations, and collaboration with Expense Management Team (EMT)
  • Demonstrate deep business acumen as a system functionality expert (Concur, eSource, Travel Portal, iMeet/iMemo, Teams/Zoom, OMD, Cross Border), ensuring accurate data entry and alignment with group priorities, banker expectations, and organizational key players
  • Foster strong team collaboration with a cover-group mentality, integral business involvement, and effective teamwork across internal/external stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Experienced executive support professional with proven background in finance or risk management
  • Skilled in executive scheduling, competing priorities, complex travel, accurate itineraries, systems, and time optimization
  • Strong knowledge of expense systems, cost controls, policy advocacy, and timely processing
  • Positive, composed attitude in high-stress client-facing roles; punctual, flexible, peer collaborator with trusted dependability
  • Sophisticated corporate style with tact and discretion in confidential/client-facing scenarios; proactively manages expectations across hierarchies while mentoring peers by example
  • Anticipates needs with unprompted follow-up, strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent delivery of high-quality results
