Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is a leading not-for-profit housing provider dedicated to building better lives and communities.

We’re looking for a detail-driven Senior Reporting Officer to join our Data & Analytics team based at our Wembley office, working hybrid from home and in the office 2 days per week

About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead on business-critical reporting across SNG, from regular operational insights to regulatory returns and board-level outputs. You’ll transform complex data into clear, user-friendly reports that drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

You’ll use your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling to produce accurate, timely, and accessible reports and dashboards
Lead on high-stakes regulatory and board-level reporting.
Translate business requirements into powerful, insightful data products.
Guide and support colleagues in best practice reporting and use of data.
Identify and address data quality issues to improve outcomes.

About You

We’re seeking a confident analyst with:

Advanced Power BI skills and strong reporting tool expertise.
Deep understanding of database design, SQL, views, and functions.
Experience with data storytelling, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
The ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience collaborating across departments on projects and data strategy.
A proactive mindset and a passion for quality and innovation in reporting.
