We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Harlow, supporting young people with EBD and complex needs.
The provider is established and growing, with clear systems, strong leadership, and a focus on long term development. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a home while being part of a wider growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a stable, high performing team
- Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations
- Deliver consistent, high quality care and support
- Drive structure, routine, and positive behaviour outcomes
- Oversee care planning tailored to individual needs
- Build strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
- Experience working with EBD and complex needs
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
