Role

Global Alumni Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies targeting diverse global alumni audiences.
  • Design, launch and manage online platforms and communities to enhance alumni engagement.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and promote a valued alumni benefits package.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver events – both online and in‑person – across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • Recruit, manage and motivate volunteers; line manage and develop staff.
  • Build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, leveraging a global mindset.

Qualifications

  • Pro‑active, experienced alumni engagement professional with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience rolling out online platforms and managing online communities.
  • Experience planning and delivering global events, both virtual and face‑to‑face.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills; ability to recruit, motivate and line‑manage staff and volunteers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence others and work with a global mindset.

Travel & Working Hours

Local, national and occasional international travel required. Flexibility in hours for evening and weekend events.
