Personal Assistant
Location: Grays, West Thurrock
Eurovia is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to our Managing Director. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role at the heart of our UK operations, requiring outstanding organisation, confidentiality, and the ability to operate confidently at senior leadership and board level.
As Personal Assistant, you will play a central role in keeping business activity organised, informed and progressing. You will manage complex schedules and communications, coordinate senior meetings and act as a key point of contact within the leadership team. This role suits someone who enjoys anticipation, brings calm to fast‑moving situations and takes pride in enabling others to operate at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s diary, inbox, and meetings with sound judgement.
- Arrange UK and international travel with attention to detail and timing.
- Coordinate senior and board meetings, including agendas and papers.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior leaders and partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership activity.
- Support expense submissions and related business processes.
- Organise events, meetings, and corporate activities to a high standard.
- Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
