I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and digital growth across a dynamic, fast-paced business in placemaking.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be driving both brand visibility and revenue-generating activity across a diverse portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading paid media strategy and execution across search, social & programmatic
- Owning end-to-end digital performance, from traffic to conversion
- Managing and optimising CRM (HubSpot) to support lead generation and nurture
- Driving pipeline growth through data-led campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Collaborating closely with sales, creative and marketing teams to improve conversion and ROI
- Using analytics to continuously refine campaigns and maximise performance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in paid media + performance marketing (Google, LinkedIn, Meta etc.)
- Experience owning or heavily using a CRM platform (ideally HubSpot)
- A commercial mindset – you understand how marketing drives revenue
- Confidence working across B2B and/or B2C campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns and stakeholders
