We are currently conducting a search for a leading London based fit out contractor for a STSM. There projects are generally on the larger scale with several in excess of £100m.
This role would suit someone who has extensive MEP fit out knowledge on major schemes who would like to progress their career further and manage a team whilst taking a lead on substantial projects.
You will play a key role in managing MEP services across fit-out projects, working closely with project teams to ensure smooth coordination from design through to handover.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate MEP services on large fit-out projects
- Support design development and technical reviews
- Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
- Assist with procurement and package management from an MEP perspective
- Ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality, and cost targets
- Help resolve technical issues and coordination challenges
- Support commissioning and handover of services
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
