We are partnering with a leading global law firm in their search for a People Systems Analyst to join their collaborative and forward-thinking People team, based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid HR systems experience, ideally within a professional services environment, who’s looking to take the next step in their career within a truly international setting.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, testing, and user support.
- Collaborating with global HR teams to identify system improvements and support major HR projects like appraisals and regrading.
- Producing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support data-led decision-making.
- Working on system upgrades, rollouts, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Delivering training and support to HR users and self-service stakeholders.
What they’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in HR systems administration or analysis.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Confident using Excel and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Experience with system configuration and user support.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ideally, experience with SAP SuccessFactors and working with global data.
