Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the production department, including lithographic and digital printing processes.
• Manage and develop a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding and enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Ensure maintenance and effective company workflow, enforcing guidelines and practical manufacturing policies.
• Lead the production environment, implementing and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Manager in the litho and digital printing industry.
• Methodical, professional, with sound commercial acumen.
• Proven track record in managing and developing a team, with strong leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
