• Proven track record of innovative approaches to teaching and a continued ability to raise achievement in the department.
• Ability to lead a supportive, well‑motivated team with a strong ethos for collaborative and shared practice, teach across the full ability range from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, and work in an environment with a strong emphasis on professional development.
