Experience Required

• Hands‑on experience with ERP and dedicated Demand Planning software.
• Extensive background in demand and supply planning, specifically navigating the nuances of intricate, multi‑tier supply chains.
• Demonstrated success in identifying supply chain trends and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams.
• A resourceful mindset with a natural curiosity for investigating new scenarios and exploring innovative solutions.
