Senior Project Manager – Events (Live, Hybrid & Experiential)

Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in Leicestershire)
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take bold, creative concepts and turn them into seamless, high-impact event experiences. From large-scale live productions, corporate events and conferences to hybrid and virtual formats, you’ll own delivery end-to-end—making sure every detail lands exactly as it should.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end delivery of creative events—from brief through to post-event wrap
- Translating ideas into practical, executable plans alongside creative and production teams
- Leading client relationships, guiding them confidently through the entire journey
- Managing budgets, timelines, suppliers, and stakeholders with precision
- Running site visits, venue sourcing, and production planning
- Leading on-site delivery, keeping everything running smoothly under pressure
- Partnering with AV, production, and creative teams to deliver standout experiences
- Ensuring every project delivers against its strategic and creative vision
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in an events or production agency environment
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to delivery
- Experience managing events with £100k+ budgets and 250+ delegates
- Strong understanding of production, AV, content, and creative delivery
- Confidence managing clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Commercial awareness with solid budget ownership experience
