Why this role is remarkable

  • Work at the forefront of AI in the gambling sector, utilising a platform that processes over 250 million bets daily and has analysed billions of game sessions.
  • Join a fast‑scaling Series A company with a diverse, international team of 16 nationalities and a flexible, low‑bureaucracy culture that prioritises product impact.
  • Gain massive exposure to industry giants such as Flutter and William Hill, acting as a key analytical consultant on high‑stakes product performance and optimisation projects.

What You Will Do

  • Analyse the performance of AI product modules across multiple client installations, building repeatable analytics and identifying areas for methodology improvement.
  • Design and propose A/B testing methods and statistical frameworks to measure the real‑world impact of personalisation features on player behaviour.
  • Partner directly with Product Managers to present technical results and data‑driven insights to both internal stakeholders and external key gambling clients.

The ideal candidate
