Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management & Growth
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key clients
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling
- Drive customer retention and long-term partnership development
- Act as a main point of contract for client engagement and escalation
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 business development executives
- Provide guidance on account strategy, client engagement, and solutioning
- Monitor team performance and support achievement of business targets
- Solution Development
- Understand client supply chain needs and propose tailored logistics solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Commercial & Strategic Planning
- Develop account plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
- Monitor account performance, profitability, and growth opportunities
- Lead or support proposals, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, etc) to deliver solutions
- Influence cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Align client expectations with operational capabilities
- Process & Performance Improvement
- Review logistics operations and identify areas for improvement
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Leverage technology and automation to improve account performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field(s)
- Minimum 7‑years of relevant experience in logistics / supply chain business development or key account management for healthcare and/or aviation industries
- Proven experience in managing and growing key accounts (farmer mindset)
- Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring (small team environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and solution-based selling
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical abilities
