Head of Design

AllSfär designs and manufactures high-performance acoustic products for modern workspaces. As we scale from £5m to £10m, we’re hiring a Head of Design to lead product, technical, and commercial design activity across the business.

The Role

This is a product-led, commercially accountable leadership role.

You will own:

• Product roadmap and strategy
• Technical design and manufacturing integration
• The design team (Product + Applications)

You’ll sit on the management team, linking design, sales, and manufacturing to drive growth.

Working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Location: Watford (Office-based)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial interiors, furniture, or specification-led products
• Proven track record delivering products to market
• Strong commercial awareness (design driving revenue, not just aesthetics)
• Solid technical capability (CAD, CNC, manufacturable design)
• Leadership experience building structured, scalable teams

This Role Is Not

• A hands-off leadership position
