Job Summary
Build and manage customer accounts by identifying new business opportunities, promoting freight forwarding services, and coordinating shipment processes to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive calls and outreach to potential clients
- Promote air and sea freight forwarding services to meet client needs and increase sales
- Build and manage customer accounts to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Prepare basic sales reports and assist with market research to support business development
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment processes
- Handle customer follow-ups and provide responsive service support to maintain client satisfaction
- Engage confidently in client-facing and sales activities to drive business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience or background in sales, customer service, or logistics is advantageous
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and results-driven mindset
Other Information
- Basic salary: $2,800 – $4,000 + commission
