Site Manager – Leeds City Centre (ASAP Start)

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a live music venue fit‑out project based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast‑paced, high‑profile refurbishment within a live environment.

Key Details

• Location: Leeds City Centre
• Duration: 5–6 months
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Project: Fit‑out of a live music venue

Key Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of site operations
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Maintaining health & safety compliance across site
• Reporting progress to senior management
• Hands‑on involvement on site where required

Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at WorkIPAF (desirable)
• PASMA (required)
• Strong background in fit‑out projects
• Joinery/Carpentry background essential
• Experience working in live environments
• Ability to be both hands‑on and supervisory
