Location: Birmingham

A well-established, RIBA-chartered architectural practice based near Birmingham is looking to recruit a capable Architect to join its growing team. This busy and respected studio delivers projects across a broad range of sectors and scales, including hospitality, healthcare, education and residential developments. Requirements for the role of Architect

  • ARB registered Architect with relevant post‑qualification experience
  • Demonstrated experience working across a range of RIBA stages
  • Strong design flair supported by solid technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and associated technical standards
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities

The role of Architect will involve

  • Contributing to project delivery from initial concept through to completion
  • Producing design concepts and developing comprehensive technical drawing packages
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project progression
  • Supporting the management of project timelines, budgets and key deliverables
  • Attending design team, project and site meetings as required
  • Ensuring designs comply with relevant regulations, standards and client requirements
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
  • Playing an active role in the studio environment and offering support to junior team members where appropriate
