Job Description:

Project Manager – Capital Delivery

Based in Shelton (Shropshire) and reporting to the Lead Project Manager, the Project Manager will manage multiple capital engineering and construction schemes, delivering on key project KPIs within Severn Trent’s Capital and Commercial Services business area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple capital engineering and construction projects.
  • Deliver key project KPIs and ensure project planning, cost management and budgeting.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and proactively address unexpected issues.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or with relevant industry experience in project and programme delivery.
  • Experience managing NEC projects and proven cost planning and management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship‑building ability with diverse stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence.
