Community Reablement Support Specialist

Luton Borough Council is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to help people regain independence and live safely at home. The role involves person-centered care, therapeutic activities, and building confidence for daily tasks.

You will work in a 30-hour-per-week permanent position, travel across the borough, and use IT systems to maintain records. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required or to be obtained within 12 months.
