Main duties of the job
This role is being advertised as a SeniorAdministrator however the successful candidate will be employed as a LeadClient Care Coordinator
This is more than a leadership role, its your opportunity to shape exceptional client experiences from the very first moment that matters. As our Lead Client Care Coordinator, youll support and guide a team of Client Care Coordinators, ensuring every client receives compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care from the moment they arrive.
Youll be the go-to person for the day-to-day, setting the tone, keeping everything running smoothly, and making sure your team feels supported, confident, and empowered, and stepping up in the absence of the Operations Manager. Alongside leading your team, youll step up in the absence of the Operations Manager overseeing the centre, working with internal/external suppliers and carrying out regular checks to ensure the centre remains safe, clean, and welcoming.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading from the front, and knows how to bring out the best in others. Youll be confident making decisions, using your initiative, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
