Job description

Experienced Spray Shop Manager / Paint Sprayer required to join our innovative team. With constant expansion and investment we are looking for a driven individual to run and assist our finishing operations to streamline process’s, timelines and aid effeciency in this area.

Pay dependant upon experience and attitude.

We Are Looking For

• Good attention to detail with high standards and the ability to spot potential problems before applications.
• Experienced in PU, water based and acrylic paint systems.
• The ability to work with a wide variety of stain and paint brands.
• Target driven and reliable with good time keeping approach.
• A passion for painting and willingness to learn new techniques and to help the internal team develop and grow.
• Must be able to work well in a team and also solo with good initiative to progress on with all tasks given to keep projects on track in a timely manner.
• Important knowledge on the running and all safety aspects of a spray shop
