Proven expertise in Data Engineering: Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, and orchestrating data flows and pipelines in cloud environments, specifically using Azure and Databricks. Demonstrated track record working with data solutions in supply chain , manufacturing, or R&D domains, with the ability to connect multiple data sources to drive business decisions. Leadership and project management: Experience leading data engineering teams, managing projects or project steps, and mentoring junior colleagues; Proficiency in developing logical and physical data models, implementing big data architectures (data lakes, analytical platforms), and troubleshooting complex data processing issues.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures: Architect and oversee the development of data lakes, analytical platforms, and big data pipelines to support supply and R&D functions. Manage and mentor the data engineering team: Drive cross-functional data integration and analytics: Collaborate with business stakeholders to connect disparate data sources, enabling actionable insights and supporting decision-making.
