Real Estate Solicitor (2–4 PQE) | Birmingham

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking practice with a strong reputation in the real estate sector, acting for a diverse and high-quality client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of real estate matters in line with departmental targets
• Delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
• Working collaboratively as part of a wider team

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ PQE in real estate law
• Strong commercial awareness and technical ability
• Proven ability to manage matters independently
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
