About the Role
This is a fast‑paced and varied opportunity offering strong exposure to the London legal market. As a Legal Resourcer, you will support experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants, focusing on candidate attraction within the Legal Business Support market, including:
- PA / Secretarial
- HR
- Finance
- Risk & Compliance
When in the office, you will be based in Farringdon.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing high‑calibre business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms
- Attending vacancy briefings with Consultants
- Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and conducting outreach
- Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Market research, analysis, and social media support

Requirement: Applicants must have either:
- A law background (studies or employment), or
- Recruitment experience
