Overview

We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well‑established service and installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants a balanced mix of small installation work and service/maintenance, working within a supportive environment that encourages skill development and technical progression.

The role involves working across a varied client base, including commercial end users, business premises, and residential properties, delivering a high‑quality, premium service.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, and fault‑finding on air‑conditioning systems
• Install small systems including split and multi‑split units
• Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and professionally
• Deliver high standards of workmanship across all client sites
• Work across a mix of commercial, business end‑user, and residential environments
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements
• Provide a professional and customer‑focused service at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• Strong knowledge of split and multi‑split systems
• Ability to carry out both service and small installation works
• Good fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• F‑Gas qualification (preferred/required depending on client standard)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
