Customer Representative – Lisburn

At Nationwide, a Customer Representative will support customers with a range of services across the branch, including transactions at the till, handling inbound calls and digital sales applications. You will deliver first‑class service in person, by phone and online, and will be trained on all channels.

This permanent position can be full‑time or part‑time (28–35 hours per week) and runs Monday to Saturday. The role requires you to be within a 45‑minute commute to the branch. The salary for part‑time roles is pro‑rata.

Your training pathway is virtually based in the branch and will last three weeks, during which no holiday may be taken.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions at the till.
• Handle inbound calls and online queries from customers.
• Process product applications through digital sales channels.
• Educate customers on digital services and easier ways to bank.
• Build knowledge to answer all customer queries and address their needs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and regulatory compliance.
• Work in partnership with team members to deliver outstanding service.
