You’ll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment! Trained to be a high level proactive headhunter, taking expert ownership running an entrepreneurial desk. You’ll source the best tech talent, set up job interviews, take feedback, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level IT professionals. Statistically commission you receive in IT is significantly higher than a generic recruiter!
You’ll follow a clear performance based career plan to fairly progress asap, based on results. Not pot luck or company capacity, waiting for someone to resign or retire. If you hit your target, you’re empowered to take the next level. While simultaneously working towards luxury incentives including Lunch Club, Trips Abroad (targets adjusted to current level) and more!
After probation period, 10 days ‘work from anywhere’ is all yours to take advantage of!

- Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English
- Ambitious, motivated, competitive, coachable, resilient personality
- Commutable to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument)
- (Optional) Fluent Nordic/Polish language skills is a bonus
- Via a tried & tested internal tailored training course
- Dedicated local Learning & Development Consultant
- Mentored by a Senior/Principal/Executive Consultant
- Managed by a Billing Manager leading by example
- Using best in class systems (ours CRM is Salesforce)
