Floor Manager — Drive Service Excellence (23 Days Leave)

Birchwood at The Conduit in London is seeking a Floor Manager to lead service on the floor and ensure a high-quality guest experience. This hands-on role acts as the operational lead during service, managing flow, supporting the team and maintaining standards in close collaboration with management.

The person will work with the Restaurant Manager to drive performance, develop Supervisors, ensure SOP compliance and uphold the values of Birchwood, The Conduit and Levy.
